The Green Mary

Ever wake up in the morning and you just need that Bloody Mary? I gotcha right here - poison optional.



Makes 32 ounces
Ingredients:

1 organic yellow or red bell pepper, halved, some seeds intact
1 medium stalk organic celery
12 organic grape tomatoes or equivalent
1/2 organic avocado
1/4 organic cucumber
1 medium organic mushroom
1 organic lemon, skin removed
2 cups loosely packed spinach
2 tsp Celtic sea salt/Himalayan Pink Salt
1/4 ts organic ground cumin
1/4 ts organic cayenne pepper
1 ts ancho chile powder
ground black pepper to taste
2 ts nama shoyu (raw soy sauce)
2 ts stone crushed olive oil
2 ts light agave nectar
1 cup water

Preparation:

Blend all ingredients in Vitamix until smooth. Garnish with celery stalk.

Enjoy!

Must try this soon, thinking Saturday morning, I'll go ahead and procure a hangover to make it taste all the better.
